Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 8 oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 can beef bouillon or 2 cubes and approximately 1/3 c. water

Instructions

  1. Mix together ground beef, bread crumbs, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, egg, soy sauce, and milk.
  2. Shape the mixture into meatballs.
  3. Brown the meatballs in a skillet and drain excess fat.
