Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 clove garlic, mashed
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • about 3/4 c. beer

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, grate cheese finely.
  2. Mix in garlic, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Add beer gradually until of spreading consistency.
  4. Store in refrigerator.
  5. Serve at room temperature with crackers, party bread, or chips.
  6. Improves with age.
