Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/3 cup beer
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups Bisquick

Instructions

  3. Add melted butter.
  4. Add Bisquick mix.
  5. Beat until smooth.
  6. Spoon out into saucer-size circles on a medium-hot griddle.
  7. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
