Ingredients

  • 1 can julienne beets
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 package raspberry Jell-O

Instructions

  1. Drain the beets and pineapple.
  2. Heat the lemon juice, water, and vinegar until warm.
  3. Dissolve the raspberry Jell-O in the heated liquids.
  4. Chill the mixture until it becomes syrupy.
  5. Add the drained beets and pineapple to the Jell-O mixture.
  6. Pour into a 1-quart mold and refrigerate until set.
