Strudel Cake

- Make the yellow cake according to the directions on the box.
- Remove 1 cup of the cake batter and place it in a medium bowl; add chopped nuts, brown sugar, and cinnamon, then mix well.
- Pour half of the remaining batter into a greased, floured Bundt cake pan.
- Spread the nut and cinnamon mixture evenly over the batter in the pan.
- Pour the remaining batter over the nut mixture in the pan.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for approximately 35 minutes or until done.
- Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool slightly while still warm.
- Pour a glaze made of 10x sugar and water over the warm cake.
- Optional: Top with additional chopped nuts before serving.
