Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground chuck
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 to 4 small onions
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. dried parsley
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Form the ground chuck into one very large patty about 1/2-inch thick and place on a large piece of aluminum foil.
  2. Melt margarine in a pan and brown the sliced onions.
  3. Place the cooked onions on top of the meat patty.
  4. Mix catsup, Worcestershire sauce, dried parsley, lemon slices, salt, and pepper, then pour the mixture over the meat.
  5. Seal the foil and bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
  6. Open the foil and broil for 5 minutes to brown the top.
