Ingredients

  • 1 small pkg. plus 1 Tbsp. lemon jello
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. beet juice
  • 1 Tbsp. horseradish
  • 2 Tbsp. onion juice
  • 5 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of red pepper
  • 1 c. celery
  • 1 c. tiny English peas
  • 1 c. chopped canned beets

Instructions

  1. Dissolve jello in boiling water.
  2. Add other ingredients. Chill until firm.
  3. Serves 8.
