Belgian Beef Stew

Instructions
- Cut beef into small cubes.
- Place flour in a plastic bag.
- Add beef cubes; toss until well coated.
- Heat butter over medium heat in a heavy pot.
- Add beef and brown well on all sides.
- After beef is browned, add beer and soup mix.
- Bring to a boil; lower heat to a simmer and cook.
- Cover until beef is tender, 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Serves 4 to 6.
