Ingredients

  • 5 Tbsp. berry vinegar
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 2 Tbsp. minced shallots
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp. honey
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients; shake to mix.
  2. Chill before using on spinach or mixed lettuces.
