Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup sugar ⓘ
  • 1 cup crunchy peanut butter ⓘ
  • chocolate stars

Instructions

  1. Mix egg, sugar, and peanut butter together well.
  2. Roll the mixture into 1 to 1 1/2-inch balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  3. Press a chocolate star into the center of each cookie.
  4. Bake in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
  5. Cool on the cookie sheet for a short while before removing.
