Ingredients

  • 2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 c. granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. evaporated milk
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, granulated sugar, salt, evaporated milk, and butter.
  2. Bring to a full boil over moderate heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Boil for 5 minutes (soft ball stage).
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Add vanilla and chocolate chips.
  6. Beat until glossy.
  7. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with Pam.
  8. Cool and cut into squares before it is completely cool.
