Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 tsp. water, wine or beer
  • 1 sesame seed bun
  • 1 tsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. catsup
  • 1 slice beef steak tomato
  • 1 slice sweet onion
  • 1 crisp lettuce leaf

Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef with water, wine, or beer and form into a patty.
  2. Broil the patty until it reaches the desired doneness.
  3. Spread catsup on one side of the sesame seed bun.
  4. Spread mayonnaise on the other side of the bun.
  5. Assemble the burger by placing the cooked patty, lettuce leaf, tomato slice, and onion slice between the buns.
