Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 can cream of tomato soup
  • 6 oz. can tomato paste
  • 1/2 c. barbecue sauce (hickory smoked)
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1 (16 oz.) can green beans
  • 1 can lima beans
  • 1 can yellow wax beans
  • 1 can chili beans
  • 1 can pork and beans
  • 1 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef; add chopped onion and celery and cook until tender.
  2. Add cream of tomato soup, tomato paste, barbecue sauce, and catsup; simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a large roaster and add drained green beans, lima beans, and wax beans.
  4. Do not drain the chili beans or pork and beans; add them to the beef mixture along with brown sugar and prepared mustard.
  5. Mix well and bake uncovered at 350°F for 1 hour.
