Ingredients

  • 3 to 5 lb. boneless pork roast
  • 1 medium white onion
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 to 2 jars Bob Evans wildfire sauce

Instructions

  1. Salt and pepper the pork roast very well.
  2. Place the roast in a crock-pot.
  3. Cover the roast with water and chopped onion.
  4. Cook on medium heat overnight.
  5. When the roast is done, shred the meat without chopping.
  6. Cover the shredded meat completely with wildfire sauce.
  7. Place the crock-pot on low and cook until heated through.
  8. Serve on a fresh roll or bun, piled high.
  9. Top with Country Cole Slaw.
