Instructions
- Salt and pepper the pork roast very well.
- Place the roast in a crock-pot.
- Cover the roast with water and chopped onion.
- Cook on medium heat overnight.
- When the roast is done, shred the meat without chopping.
- Cover the shredded meat completely with wildfire sauce.
- Place the crock-pot on low and cook until heated through.
- Serve on a fresh roll or bun, piled high.
- Top with Country Cole Slaw.
