Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 sticks celery, chopped fine
  • 2 medium green peppers, chopped
  • 4 medium onions, chopped
  • 2 1/2 lb. hamburger, cooked until browned
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste

Instructions

  1. Saute the chopped celery, green peppers, and onions in margarine until tender.
  2. Add the cooked hamburger, tomato soup, and tomato paste to the vegetable mixture.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
  4. Cook slowly for 2 hours.
