Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. apricot jello
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 (8 oz.) package softened cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix jello, sugar, and crushed pineapple.
  2. Bring to a boil; then allow to cool.
  3. Beat or blend cream cheese until smooth, then mix with the cooled jello mixture.
  4. Fold in 8 ounces of Cool Whip until well combined.
  5. Refrigerate until set and chilled before serving.
