Ingredients

  • 1 large can of ROTEL 30oz or 2 small cans
  • 1 bunch green onions coursely chopped about 1/2way up the green leaves
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro larger stems removed(amount is optional)
  • 1 piece lime juiced.
  • coarse sea salt and fresh pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon jalapenos jarred or 1/2 fresh seeded

Instructions

  1. Place ALL ingredients in a good blender and blend until JUST blended. DO not over do it. My blender takes about 5-6 seconds.
  2. Ready to serve!!
