Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix with pudding in it
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • dash of vanilla extract
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 c. nuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, oil, vanilla, baking soda, and water for two minutes.
  3. Add mashed bananas and nuts to mixture.
  4. Blend well.
  5. Spray pans with Pam and fill 2/3 full.
  6. Bake for 55 minutes.
  7. Makes 5 mini loaves or (2 medium loaves and 2 mini loaves).
