Instructions
- Tenderize meat with meat mallet.
- Cut into thin 1-inch strips. Moisten meat with a small amount of water.
- Roll meat in flour and brown in oleo over medium heat.
- Add onion, Worcestershire sauce, soup, salt and pepper to taste and sour cream to meat.
- Simmer covered for 25 minutes.
- Gradually add water, if needed, to keep mixture at gravy consistency.
- Serve over rice or egg noodles.
