Ingredients

  • 2 cups dry rice or 2 cups Minute rice
  • 2 cups chopped celery
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 4 to 6 boiled eggs, chopped
  • Miracle Whip
  • 4 tablespoons mustard
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice and let it cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooled rice, chopped celery, chopped onion, and chopped boiled eggs.
  3. Add Miracle Whip, mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper to the mixture.
  4. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
  5. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
