Ingredients

  • 3 c. chopped dates
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. margarine or butter
  • 5 c. Rice Krispies
  • coconut or nuts

Instructions

  1. Cook dates, eggs, sugar and margarine or butter in double boiler until done; cool.
  2. Pour over Rice Krispies.
  3. Form into balls with hands well coated with butter.
  4. Roll in nuts or coconut.
