- Brown the sausage, drain excess fat, and let it cool.
- Boil the noodles (shell macaroni) until al dente and drain.
- In a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, mix the sausage, cooked macaroni, tomato sauce, and noodles.
- Place pepperoni slices on top of the mixture.
- Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- The dish can be frozen for later use.
