Ingredients

  • 1 box mochi flour
  • 5 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. coconut milk
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Melt butter and combine all ingredients together.
  2. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
  3. Cool.
