Ingredients

  • 5 lb. headless raw shrimp, peeled
  • 1 lb. melted butter or margarine
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 5 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp. Tabasco
  • juice of 1 or 2 lemons to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients, seasoning as desired.
  2. Sauté over low heat for 1½ to 2 hours in a heavy skillet, or bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 45 minutes in a covered roasting pan.
