Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Pour batter onto a hot griddle into desired pancake sizes.
  3. Flip pancakes over when bubbles form and edges look set.
  4. Cook the other side until golden brown.
  5. Check the center to ensure they are cooked through.
  6. Serve with butter and syrup of your choice.
