Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 c. butter
  • 4 c. flour
  • 6 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. lemon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Put eggs, baking powder, sugar, lemon and vanilla in a bowl and mix.
  2. Mix flour and melted butter.
  3. Combine the egg mixture with the flour mixture together.
  4. Leave in refrigerator until next day.
  5. Make balls and roll them in sugar.
  6. Place on wax paper. Bake at 325° for 10 to 15 minutes until done.
