Instructions
- Put eggs, baking powder, sugar, lemon and vanilla in a bowl and mix.
- Mix flour and melted butter.
- Combine the egg mixture with the flour mixture together.
- Leave in refrigerator until next day.
- Make balls and roll them in sugar.
- Place on wax paper. Bake at 325° for 10 to 15 minutes until done.
