Ingredients

  • 2 c. biscuit mix
  • 1/2 c. margarine, melted
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine biscuit mix, melted margarine, sour cream, and shredded Cheddar cheese, mixing well.
  2. Spoon the mixture into greased miniature muffin tins, filling each half full.
  3. Bake at 450°F (232°C) for 10 to 12 minutes or until browned.
