Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 c. pumpkin
  • 2/3 c. water
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. whole wheat flour

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs; add
  2. sugar,
  3. salt,
  4. oil,
  5. cinnamon,
  6. nutmeg, pumpkin, water, soda and flour.
  7. Bake in 325° oven for 1 hour. Makes 4 small loaves.
