Ingredients

  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 scant cup sugar
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 1/4 cups Bisquick
  • 1 1/3 cups Potato Buds

Instructions

  1. Mix the oleo, sugar, beaten egg, Bisquick, and Potato Buds well.
  2. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes.
  4. Let cool a short time before transferring to a rack.
