Ingredients

  • 1 lb. large egg noodles
  • 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 small jar sliced olives
  • 1 large jar sliced pimentos
  • 2 small cans pizza sauce
  • 4 oz. grated Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles until al dente and drain.
  2. Layer the cooked noodles, sliced olives, sliced pimentos, pizza sauce, and grated Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese in a casserole dish, leaving space for each ingredient.
  3. Repeat the layering process, ending with a layer of cheese on top.
  4. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top layer.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 to 40 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
