Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 package ready-made flaky dough biscuits

  • 4 oz grated Swiss cheese
  • 1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven according to biscuit package instructions.
  2. Cook bacon until crispy, then crumble and set aside.
  3. Separate the ready-made flaky dough biscuits into individual pieces.
  4. Mix minced onion, grated Swiss cheese, chopped tomato, garlic salt, and mayonnaise (if using) in a bowl.
