Ingredients

  • 1 pkg 18 oz refrigerated ready to bake brownies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 c sugar
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • 3 drops green food coloring

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Evenly cover the bottom and sides of a 9 inch deep dish pie plate with the ready to bake brownies, forming a crust.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
