Ingredients

  • 6 1/8 oz. chocolate instant pudding mix
  • 1 box yellow cake mix without pudding
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup Kahlua or other coffee flavored liqueur
  • 1/4 cup vodka

Instructions

  1. Mix the chocolate instant pudding mix, yellow cake mix without pudding, water, sugar, oil, eggs, Kahlua, and vodka until well combined.
  2. Pour the batter into a greased Bundt cake pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 60 to 70 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  4. Cool the cake for 20 minutes, then remove from the pan and pierce the top of the cake with a fork or skewer.
  5. While the cake is still warm, pour the glaze evenly over the top.
  6. Allow the cake to cool completely.
  7. Sprinkle the top with powdered sugar before serving.
