- Mix the chocolate instant pudding mix, yellow cake mix without pudding, water, sugar, oil, eggs, Kahlua, and vodka until well combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased Bundt cake pan.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 60 to 70 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool the cake for 20 minutes, then remove from the pan and pierce the top of the cake with a fork or skewer.
- While the cake is still warm, pour the glaze evenly over the top.
- Allow the cake to cool completely.
- Sprinkle the top with powdered sugar before serving.
