Blarney Brunch
Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. whole corn, frozen in butter sauce or regular frozen corn with 1/2 stick margarine ⓘ
- 1/2 (10 oz.) pkg. smoky link sausage, coin sliced ⓘ
- 1/4 c. fine chopped onion ⓘ
- 1 (8 oz.) refrigerator crescent rolls ⓘ
- 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese ⓘ
- 4 eggs, beaten ⓘ
- 1 c. milk ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. oregano ⓘ
Instructions
- Cook corn according to directions.
- Open pouch and drain butter sauce into small skillet.
- Saute onion until transparent. Add sausage and lightly brown, about 5 minutes.
