Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 2 cups corn
  • 1/2 stick margarine

Instructions

  1. Put corn, eggs, flour, salt, and sugar in blender; blend on low speed and turn off twice to incorporate ingredients.
  2. Add milk and blend until smooth.
  3. Grease a baking dish and cut up the margarine to distribute in the dish.
  4. Pour the blended mixture into the center of the dish.
  5. Bake at 325°F for 30 minutes, stirring twice during the first 15 minutes to distribute the margarine.
  6. Serve warm.
