Ingredients

  • 2 c. milk
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3/4 stick oleo
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 c. buttermilk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix all together in blender for 3 minutes.
  2. Pour in pan sprayed with Pam.
  3. Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
  4. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
  5. May use coconut instead of nutmeg.
