Ingredients

  • 1/3 container Egg Beaters
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 c corn oil

Instructions

  1. Combine Egg Beaters, dry mustard, paprika, sugar, vinegar, and 1/2 cup of corn oil in the blender.
  2. Cover and blend on medium to high speed until blended.
  3. Without turning off the blender, slowly pour in the remaining 1/2 cup of corn oil in a fine stream.
  4. Use a spatula if necessary to keep the mixture flowing to the blades.
  5. Serve or store as desired.
