Ingredients

  • 2 (3 oz.) packages cream cheese
  • 2 (10 oz.) packages refrigerator biscuits
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Cut cream cheese into 20 pieces and roll into balls.
  2. Roll each refrigerator biscuit into a 3-inch circle.
  3. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  4. Place one cheese ball and one teaspoon of cinnamon mixture in the center of each biscuit; pinch the dough to seal.
  5. Pour melted butter into the bottom of a 5-cup ring mold.
  6. Sprinkle half of the chopped pecans and half of the remaining cinnamon mixture into the mold.
  7. Top with half of the biscuit rolls, placing the seam side up.
  8. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
  9. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  10. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes.
  11. Invert onto a serving plate and serve.
