- Cut cream cheese into 20 pieces and roll into balls.
- Roll each refrigerator biscuit into a 3-inch circle.
- Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Place one cheese ball and one teaspoon of cinnamon mixture in the center of each biscuit; pinch the dough to seal.
- Pour melted butter into the bottom of a 5-cup ring mold.
- Sprinkle half of the chopped pecans and half of the remaining cinnamon mixture into the mold.
- Top with half of the biscuit rolls, placing the seam side up.
- Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
- Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Cool in the pan for 5 minutes.
- Invert onto a serving plate and serve.
