Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups flour

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar and melted butter in a bowl.
  2. Beat in the eggs one at a time until well mixed.
  3. Stir in the flour until the batter is smooth.
  4. Spread the batter very thinly in a greased and floured large cookie sheet.
  5. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon evenly over the top of the batter.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes until golden.
  7. Cut into squares while hot.
  8. Serve with coffee.
