Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Put eggs in a bowl; stir in flour and sugar until mixed.
  2. Slowly add milk; melt butter and add, then salt.
  3. Over a low gas flame, pour batter to cover the bottom of a frying pan.
  4. Fry until light color on both sides.
  5. Fill with jelly, sugar, or fruit.
  6. Roll up and eat.
