Ingredients

  • 2 slices bacon
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (4 3/4 oz.) can liver spread
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (2 oz.)
  • 2 tablespoons dry sherry
  • 1/2 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pimiento-stuffed green olives
  • raw vegetables

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon until crisp; drain and crumble, then set aside.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, liver spread, blue cheese, and sherry until fluffy.
  3. Stir in chopped water chestnuts, minced onion, chopped olives, and crumbled bacon.
  4. Turn the mixture into a small bowl or mold and chill until firm.
