Blue Cheese Pate

Ingredients
- 2 slices bacon ⓘ
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened ⓘ
- 1 (4 3/4 oz.) can liver spread ⓘ
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (2 oz.)
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry ⓘ
- 1/2 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons minced onion ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons chopped pimiento-stuffed green olives ⓘ

Instructions
- Cook bacon until crisp; drain and crumble, then set aside.
- In a small mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, liver spread, blue cheese, and sherry until fluffy.
- Stir in chopped water chestnuts, minced onion, chopped olives, and crumbled bacon.
- Turn the mixture into a small bowl or mold and chill until firm.
