Ingredients

  • 10 oz. frozen baby peas, thawed
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup chopped or finely cut cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1 cup chopped cashews
  • 6 slices bacon, crisp and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or low-fat yogurt
  • 1 cup prepared Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Mix well to coat everything evenly.
