Ingredients

  • 8 oz. can quick crescent dinner rolls
  • 3 oz. package cream cheese, softened
  • 8 tsp. blueberry preserves
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Separate the crescent dough into 8 triangles.
  3. Divide the cream cheese into 8 equal pieces and spread one piece on the square corner of each triangle, about 1/4 inch from the edge.
  4. Top each with 1 teaspoon of blueberry preserves.
  5. Fold the two remaining points of the triangle over the filling to form a square-shaped pocket.
  6. Press the edges to seal the pastries.
  7. Place the pastries on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  8. Brush the tops with melted margarine.
  9. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over the pastries.
  10. Bake for 10 to 13 minutes or until golden brown.
