- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Separate the crescent dough into 8 triangles.
- Divide the cream cheese into 8 equal pieces and spread one piece on the square corner of each triangle, about 1/4 inch from the edge.
- Top each with 1 teaspoon of blueberry preserves.
- Fold the two remaining points of the triangle over the filling to form a square-shaped pocket.
- Press the edges to seal the pastries.
- Place the pastries on an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Brush the tops with melted margarine.
- Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over the pastries.
- Bake for 10 to 13 minutes or until golden brown.
