Ingredients

  • 1 pint blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 stick butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Drain juice from the pineapple and set it aside.
  2. In a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish, place blueberries in a single layer on the bottom.
  3. Spread the pineapple on top of the blueberries.
  4. Sprinkle the yellow cake mix evenly over the fruit layers without mixing it in.
  5. Pour the pineapple juice and melted butter over the cake mix.
  6. Cover the dish with foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 20 to 30 minutes until the top is golden and the cake is cooked through.
