Ingredients

  • 2 c. blueberries
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Instructions

  2. Place 1 tablespoon of filling in the center of each crust.
  3. Fold the crust in half and seal the edges with a fork.
  4. Fry the pies in hot oil until golden brown.
