Ingredients

  • 1 yellow Duncan Hines cake mix
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Spray a large dish with Pam spray.
  2. Place a large can of crushed pineapple on the bottom of the dish.
  3. Layer fresh blueberries on top of the pineapple.
  4. Spread a layer of crumbled yellow cake mix over the fruit.
  5. Pat the cake mix with butter.
  6. Sprinkle pecans on top (if using).
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 to 45 minutes or until the top is browned.
