Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups sour cream
  • 1 1/3 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons dill seed
  • 2 tablespoons onion flakes
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 2 packages (2 1/2 oz. each) corned beef or dried beef, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Spice Islands Beau Monde

Instructions

  1. Mix and stir all the ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Make the dip one day ahead to allow flavors to meld.
  3. On the day of serving, hollow out bread such as pumpernickel or rye.
  4. Fill the bread with the prepared dip.
  5. Use the bread chunks for dipping.
