Instructions
- Put in stalk of celery and onion; cook together.
- Cook vegetables until done.
- Drain of liquid.
- Put layer of vegetables, then half of cheese, then bread crumbs.
- Pour half melted oleo and repeat with another layer, with crumbs on top.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
- Do not overcook zucchini.
- Strain to get rid of water.
