Ingredients

  • 2 large cans beer
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon spicy mustard
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  • 2 teaspoons salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and use as a marinade.
  2. Marinate the ribs; cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Remove the ribs from the marinade and reserve the marinade.
  4. Use the reserved marinade as a basting sauce while cooking the spareribs.
