Ingredients

  • 1 envelope McCormick spaghetti sauce mix
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomatoes
  • 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 1 (15 oz.) can seasoned tomato sauce
  • 8 oz. mini lasagne noodles
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet.
  2. Cook and drain the lasagne noodles.
  3. Combine all ingredients in the crock-pot and mix thoroughly.
  4. Cook on high for 2 hours.
